For my vector project I used the letters CAT. I love cats so it only seemed appropriate. I used a different font for each character and applied a different effect to each. I toyed with the roughen, tweak, and bloat effects in order to achieve the spiky, choppy qualities you see. I used my least favorite colors for this project (yellow, green, and orange) which was an interesting choice for me but I am pleased nonetheless.
